Terms of Service

How working with us works, in plain English.

These are the rules for hiring DK Consulting Group of NY. They are short on purpose. If anything here is not clear, call or text before you sign up.

The short version: Monthly work is month to month. There is no contract. Give 7 days notice to cancel. Every account we build is in your name, and you keep it if you leave. Google decides rankings. We do the work, but nobody can promise you a spot on the map.

Who you are working with

DK Consulting Group of NY is a one-person local SEO shop in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Dmitriy Kushner runs every account himself.

The free audit call

The first call is 30 minutes on Zoom. It is free. You owe nothing after it. Hire us or do not. What we find on the call is yours either way.

How billing works

  • GBP Setup: paid in full when work starts.
  • Websites and ad creative: a 50% deposit to start. The rest is due when the work is delivered.
  • Monthly services (GBP Management, Ads Management, and the Full Dominance Plan): billed at the end of each month, for that month's work.

Ad spend is yours

You pay Google and Facebook directly, on your own card. We never hold your ad budget and we never add a markup. Ad spend is separate from our fee.

Refunds

  • The 50% deposit is not refundable once work starts.
  • GBP Setup is not refundable once work starts.
  • Monthly services are billed after the work is done, so there is nothing paid ahead to refund.

Canceling monthly service

There is no contract. You can cancel any time with 7 days notice. Call, text, or email. Work stops when the 7 days are up. Your last bill covers the work done up to that day.

You own everything

Every account we set up is in your name. That includes your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts, and your website. Once a website is paid in full, you own the files, the code, and the domain. If you leave, all of it goes with you, and we hand over access.

What we need from you

  • Access to your Google Business Profile, website, and ad accounts.
  • Fast replies when we ask for photos, details, or approvals.
  • True information about your business: your real name, address, phone, and services.

When we have to wait on any of these, results take longer.

What we can and cannot promise

We do the work, and every month you get real numbers: calls, direction requests, website clicks, and where you rank. Google decides who ranks where. Nobody can guarantee a spot on Google Maps. How fast things move also depends on how crowded your category is in your area.

Google's rules

We follow Google's guidelines for every profile we touch. Google can still change, limit, or suspend any profile at any time. That part is outside our control.

Reviews

We never write fake reviews and we never pay for reviews. We only ask your real customers.
